You’ll work directly with technology leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute automation initiatives that materially improve operational efficiency
Responsibilities:

- Leverage AI and intelligent systems to streamline workflows, accelerate decision-making, and reduce manual effort.
- Identify automation opportunities through process discovery, stakeholder interviews, and system data analysis.
- Build and maintain integrations using scripting (Python, JavaScript), low-code platforms, RPA, iPaaS solutions, and cloud APIs.
- Create reusable frameworks and automation playbooks that scale across departments and teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and customer facing teams to embed AI and automation in their core workflows.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, process automation, and enterprise integration — and assess their applicability to business needs.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in systems engineering, automation, enterprise IT, or related technical domains.
- Proven ability to engage directly with stakeholders and business teams to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose meaningful automation or AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in scripting/programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and building integrations via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Strong systems thinking and solution design skills — able to simplify and reimagine workflows.
- Experience deploying automation tools such as Boomi, Workato, UiPath, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and how they can enhance enterprise workflows.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, ZenDesk, Slack, Jira & Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Highly competitive salary based on your local market’s compensation data.
