We seek a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be critical in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our business needs. You will work closely with business partners as well as other administrators to come up with technical solutions to help align with strategic objectives. This is an ideal role for someone with some experience as a Salesforce administrator, who is looking to expand their knowledge and skills in all areas of Salesforce but with a focus on CPQ and sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Be a subject matter expert for Salesforce and the art of the possible with the platform. Keeping a particular focus on Salesforce CPQ and the processes and workflows of the sales and marketing teams.
• Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.
• Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.
• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
• Communicating the platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a salesforce administrator, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Experience with Marketo integrations.
• Proficiency in interacting with people at all levels of the company.
• Possess great data administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical analysis skills to determine core problems and the right solution at the right time.

Preferable:

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Slack Administrator
• Experience with enterprise integration tools such as Boomi.
