We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Director of Product Marketing. This role will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all product marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, market insight, and deep product and customer knowledge. You will manage a small team of product and customer marketers to define and communicate the value of the company’s products, increasing market share in new market segments and customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of the company’s product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research within the behavioral health sector to understand industry trends, regulatory requirements, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics. Leverage insights to develop differentiated product positioning and messaging.
- Platform & Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring that all teams (product, sales, marketing, and customer success) are aligned.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on product vision, development, and launch. Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
- Customer Advocacy & Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer within the company. Use customer feedback and industry trends to drive improvements and enhancements in product offerings.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and provide training, tools, and resources to the sales team enablement team to help them effectively sell the company’s products. Ensure that the sales team understands key product benefits and features.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track product performance, including adoption, revenue growth, customer feedback, and other key success metrics. Provide regular reports and analysis (e.g. win/loss insights) to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team to drive accountability and growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of marketing products that serve the behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare provider markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector
- Skills & Competencies:

- Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and drive change.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
