Job Description
The Product Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, optimization, and evolution of the solutions within our behavioral health tech platform. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and ensuring that our products are user-friendly, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. The Product Analyst will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure our solutions effectively meet the needs of providers, patients, and internal stakeholders. This role will support the product manager in defining the product, working with engineering, and helping launch to customers.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data trends, transaction volumes, and system performance to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the product and leadership teams.
Product Strategy Support: Collaborate with Product Managers to define the product roadmap, ensuring that new features or updates align with business goals and customer needs.
User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the design and UX teams to identify opportunities to streamline and improve the experience for both providers and patients. Gather and prioritize user feedback related to payment flows, pain points, and overall satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with customer support, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth processes, prompt issue resolution, and overall satisfaction for all users of the platform.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices for improving payment processes and systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or a related field preferred.
- Deep understanding of payments regulations, billing workflows, and RCM industry best practices preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, support, and client-facing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology products, including CRM, EMR, and RCM systems preferred.
