Summary
Join Kipu Health as an Enterprise Existing Business Account Executive, where you'll manage our largest and most complex existing accounts. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with large organizations, understanding and catering to their diverse and multifaceted needs. Your expertise in navigating complex structures and building robust relationships will drive our continued success in the behavioral healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and grow our largest existing enterprise accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Understand the unique challenges and needs of large-scale organizations and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations and renewals with a focus on maximizing value for both Kipu Health and our enterprise clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to provide strategic guidance and support to our clients.
- Identify potential clients within our existing customer base and educate them on our ERX solution.
- Manage transition of contract renewal for all existing ERX solution to new ERX and complete appropriate research on the client’s business and needs.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
- Generate interest in Kipu Health solutions through cold calling and following up on company-provided hot leads.
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via e-mail, and face-to-face visits.
- Enter all activity into Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline.
- A proven track record of accurate forecasting and meeting established targets.
- Learn the benefits and features of our industry-leading brand and sustain the knowledge to nurture success.
- Educate prospects, coordinate, and present demonstrations.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.
- Build a strong foundation of industry knowledge to expertly handle client objections.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large, enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of the complexities and structures of large organizations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
- 8+ years of work experience as a business development professional, sales executive, or a relevant role.
- Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
- Proficient in sales methodology such as GAP, Sandler, Challenger, etc.
- Track record of over-achieving established targets.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
- The desire to grow and succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry, either in software implementation/support or sales role.
- Strong understanding of the Provider/Prescriber challenges, EPCS, and market dynamics
- Experience within the Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Industry.
- Experience in EMR or general SaaS sales.
