Overview

Kipu Health is looking for an energetic and motivating coach to lead our talented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) team. We are seeking a collaborative and data-driven person who will be focused on driving pipeline growth through the development of top-tier talent within Kipu and increasing market share.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong relationships and alignment with Sales in go-to-market strategy across acquisition, utilization, and retention.
  • Recruit, coach, motivate, and manage a team of SDRs to ensure that they overachieve quota.
  • Carry out an onboarding program for new SDRs to ensure they ramp up productivity quickly.
  • Work closely with SDRs to execute prospecting and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with SDRs to drive pipeline, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of the team’s sales and activity performance.
  • Work closely with sales management and marketing to carry out strategies to generate a high-quality pipeline.
  • Support executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, strategic planning, and more as needed.
  • Establish and maintain operating cadence/rigor across all sales/field functions to ensure the health of the business in achieving key performance metrics including forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with leadership on training programs for sales, client success, and go-to-market teams partnering closely with our Product and Marketing teams to drive enablement from new hire onboarding to strategies for client expansion and retention strategies.
  • Define key metrics and performance dashboards.

Your Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota achievement.
  • At least three years of industry experience increasing market share for Electronic Medical Record (EMR), or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) SaaS products.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a sales leadership position with demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop sales teams.
  • Background in SaaS Sales organizations focused on SDR practices.
  • Experience running effective 1:1’s.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with sales management and marketing leaders
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Thrives in a competitive team environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience building and driving effective pipeline generation strategies.
  • Ability to lead through influence, working alongside organizational leadership (Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Executive Team).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CRMs, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners.
