The Opportunity

Join the team helping millions of people move beyond pain by shaping how we bring Hinge Health’s products and features to market. As a Product Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers and internal teams. You’ll support go-to-market plans, refine messaging and competitive positioning, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Creative to drive adoption of key launches and initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone early in their product marketing career who wants broad exposure across workstreams, is excited to learn quickly, and is motivated by building high-impact narratives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Accomplish

In your first 3 months:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, features, and key initiatives, ensuring stakeholders understand timelines, deliverables, and launch goals.

  • Help craft product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences, partnering with Product to understand feature intent, user value, and rollout plans.

  • Translate product updates and roadmap changes into clear internal enablement and customer-facing materials (e.g., briefs, FAQs, one-pagers, emails, in-app messaging).

In your first 6 months:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Enablement teams to develop and refine launch materials, battlecards, presentations, and talking points that support effective customer conversations and drive adoption.

  • Help maintain consistency across messaging, product narratives, and supporting content so that internal teams and customers hear a clear, unified story.

  • Contribute to cross-functional launch and campaign planning, keeping partners aligned on priorities, risks, and tradeoffs as plans evolve.

In your first year:

  • Take ownership of discrete go-to-market workstreams for key product areas, from planning through execution and measurement.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs (e.g., feedback from customers, performance data, win/loss insights) to refine messaging, surface opportunities, and inform future launches.

  • Become a trusted partner to Product, Sales, and Growth teams, known for translating product capabilities into compelling, customer-centered stories that drive impact.

Who You Are

  • You’re a clear, structured communicator who can simplify complex concepts for different audiences, in writing and verbally.

  • You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • You build strong cross-functional relationships and enjoy collaborating with Product, Sales, and other partner teams to get great work shipped.

  • You bring an analytical, learn-it-all mindset and use data, research, and feedback to continuously improve messaging and go-to-market approaches.

  • You embody Hinge Health’s cultural values of Hustle and Accountability — you’re creative and unrelenting in driving impact, and you follow through on commitments.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product, strategy, consulting, or a related field, with exposure to go-to-market planning, launches, messaging development, or market research (aligned to a P2 / Level II profile with 2–4 years of experience).

  • Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare, technology, or other fast-moving product organizations.

  • Familiarity with positioning frameworks, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation, and using these to inform go-to-market plans.

  • Experience developing sales enablement and customer-facing marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, email campaigns, web content).

  • Comfort using research, data, and customer feedback to shape messaging, test hypotheses, and iterate on campaigns.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
