About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Talent Partner for Product & Growth to join our energetic Talent Acquisition team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will support our Product and Growth teams that sit within R&D by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles that shape our company's future. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with cross-functional teams, including department heads, hiring managers, and the broader People team. This position is crucial in helping us navigate our ambitious growth plans by attracting and hiring top-tier talent, contributing to the overall success of the company.
What You'll Accomplish
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders in the Product and Growth organizations, aligning people initiatives with business goals to drive performance and engagement.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle support for your client groups, including talent mapping, and recruitment strategy execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Total Rewards, People Operations) to influence policy changes and support organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage people and market data to identify trends, create action plans, and present insights to senior leadership that inform hiring decisions.
- Drive concepting and creative innovation in sourcing and recruitment strategies across new and existing channels to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Define and manage the candidate journey, ensuring a world-class experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions, interview kits, and evaluation criteria informed by data and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and coach other members of the talent team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
General Knowledge: Client Partnership & Advisory
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the business to understand team dynamics and provide ongoing talent acquisition support.
- Offer timely guidance on day-to-day recruiting questions related to process, best practices, and market intelligence.
- Support initiatives that improve our employer brand and workplace culture, helping to position Hinge Health as a top-tier employer.
Working Knowledge: Sourcing & Performance Management
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Draft and review documentation related to the hiring process in partnership with Legal and People Operations.
- Resolve complex recruitment challenges with a focus on fairness, candidate experience, and risk mitigation.
Thorough/Comprehensive Knowledge: Program & Project Management
- Lead key recruiting projects (e.g., talent review cycles, interview training, diversity sourcing initiatives), ensuring alignment with company strategy and timelines.
- Develop scalable toolkits and frameworks that enable consistent and effective hiring practices across multiple teams.
- Drive project execution by managing stakeholders, documenting progress, and communicating outcomes to executive audiences.
- Ensure initiatives result in measurable improvements to hiring quality, diversity, and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
- 2+ years of experience in a dynamic tech environment, preferably in healthcare innovation or high-growth startups.
- Experience leading agile recruitment sprints, effectively prioritizing workflows, and leveraging collaboration tools like Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
- Proficiency recruiting platforms such as Ashby, iCIMS, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for Product Management, Technical Product Management, and Growth Marketing roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
Salary Range
This position is exempt and offers an annual salary, along with equity and benefits. Please note that the salary range is a guideline, and the individual total compensation will vary based on factors, including qualifications, skill level, and competencies. The annual salary range for this position is $ (158,400 - 237,600).

Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
