About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for various departments, including Commercial, Operations, and Business Enablement. You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process—from sourcing and engaging candidates to closing offers—while ensuring a positive, high-touch experience for both internal teams and candidates. In this role you’ll partner with a variety of stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into recruitment strategies.
What You'll Accomplish
- Meet or exceed hiring targets and timelines by consistently delivering high-quality hires.
- Successfully identify, engage, and secure outstanding talent for critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Business Operations.
- Proactively build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies and direct outreach; ensuring access to both active and passive talent.
- Provide a seamless and transparent experience for both candidates and hiring partners, resulting in high satisfaction scores and strong offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure that hiring practices and candidate slates reflect a wide range of perspectives and experiences, supporting a culture of inclusion and balanced team composition.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing offers for a variety of business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Commercial, Operations, or Business Enablement roles
- Demonstrated ability to produce in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Proven commitment to inclusion initiatives
This is an hourly contractor role that will run through a payroll service. The hourly rate is $50-$60 an hour.
