About the Role
The Provider Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support and management of provider partners. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders (including sales, product, and operations), managing implementation processes, and maintaining provider relationships to ensure seamless integration and provider satisfaction. This role will help to ensure operational excellence and drive success and satisfaction with our providers. This candidate will Provide clear updates and close loops on issues; create and maintain accurate records, operating guides, and provider-facing materials in shared repositories.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience working in a client or customer success type role, and has ideally worked within the healthcare industry.
What You'll Accomplish
Implementation Coordination
Manage the timely implementation and onboarding of all new providers.
Ensure seamless handoff from sales and manage all provider contacts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all systems and processes are up to date and operational workflows are streamlined.
Communication and Relationships
Maintain clear and consistent communication with providers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during both the implementation process and throughout the engagement.
Collaborate with provider sales leads and other internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all provider information, credentialing documents, and communication logs.
Provide regular updates to the team on the status of provider implementations and any issues that arise.
Provide updates to leadership on the current status, including any issues or escalations that need to be addressed.
Provides updates and reporting to providers on performance and quality measures.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience in client/customer success or a similar role
4+ years of experience in Project management: Own end-to-end onboarding, track milestones, surface risks, and drive on-time go-lives.
4+ years of relationship-building: Trusted partner to providers and cross-functional teams across implementation and ongoing support.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in provider success, account management, or healthcare operations supporting in-person provider networks.
- 4+ years of familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare integrations.
- Organization and reporting skills; able to track progress and produce timely quality updates.
- Proven adaptability in high-growth environments; builds and optimizes workflows as processes evolve.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members to drive performance and development.
- Skilled in data storytelling — translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $118,400 - $177,600.
