About the Role

The Health Services Director role is responsible for driving Commercial Growth through one or more of Hinge Health’s health plan and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) relationships. This individual develops, refines, and executes strategies that build and close out pipeline opportunities through assigned channel partners. In addition, the Director works cross functionally within Hinge Health to ensure operational excellence of the assigned partners. A week in the life of a Health Services Director includes meeting with external and internal partners, contributing to creation of partnership presentations, facilitating conversations between partner account executives and Hinge Health regional sales team, and preparing for key meetings that drive other strategic initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate has worked with or for health plans and/or PMBs during their career and understands our partners’ business models and market dynamics. They are very organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, can build rapport and trusting relationships, and value service excellence. The candidate should be curious about digital health and demonstrate a passion for the work that Hinge Health is doing.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Drive partner initiatives forward: Facilitate meetings and navigate internal and external teams to attain inputs needed to drive the partnership forward on a consistent basis
  • Support and educate internal teams: Serve as partnership SME for all internal teams. Fluent with partner's org structure, Hinge Health's partnership priorities/strategy, and key friction points. Disseminating important updates and communications to the team
  • Manage and resolve partner inquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries. Go above and beyond to build strong relationships with key partnership contacts as well as Hinge Health internal stakeholders
  • Lead partner-level strategy and operations: Develop and execute plans to achieve partner-level growth and operational objectives that enable Hinge Health’s company-level OKRs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health Plan interest or experience: Demonstrates knowledge/experience in or expresses interest in learning and growing in the health plan segment

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below:

Tier 2: CA, CT (ex NYC radius), Boston Radius, Chicago Radius, DC Radius, Houston Radius, NJ (ex NYC radius): $121,440 - $182,160/yr annual base

Tier 3: IL (ex Chicago), MD(ex DC Radius), MA (ex Boston Radius), NH (ex Boston Radius), NY (ex NYC Radius), RI (ex Boston Radius), TX (ex Houston), VA (ex DC Radius), WA (ex Seattle Radius), WI (ex Chi Radius), AK, CO, DE, GA, HI, MI, MN, NC, NV, OR, PA: $110,880 - $166,320/yr annual base

Tier 4: AL, AZ, AR, FL, ID, IN (ex Chicago), IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY: $100,320 - $150,480/yr annual base
