About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Manager who thrives in a complex, fast paced, B2B environment. This role is designed for someone who can roll up their sleeves, partner cross-functionally, and turn complexity into clean, scalable processes. You’ll be a key component to our commercial engine—owning Salesforce administration, driving data-driven insights, and making sure our go-to-market teams are running at peak efficiency.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Commercial Alignment: Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure alignment on key projects, shared metrics, and go-to-market initiatives. Drive consistency across pipeline management, account strategy, and deal execution to keep teams moving in sync.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows across the commercial lifecycle—improving how we qualify, close, and manage accounts.
  • Salesforce Ownership: Serve as a Salesforce administrator, managing system configuration, customizations, reporting, dashboards, and integrations to support evolving business needs.
  • Data & Insights: Build and maintain KPIs, reports, and dashboards to equip leadership with actionable insights and foster data-driven decision making.
  • Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain processes that balance speed with accuracy, ensuring data integrity and financial alignment.
  • Enablement Support: Provide training and documentation to commercial teams on processes, systems, and best practices.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and influence decision-making.

  • Proven success in process improvement and scaling operations.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong Salesforce administration skills (Salesforce Administrator certification

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below:

IL (ex Chicago), MD(ex DC Radius), MA (ex Boston Radius), NH (ex Boston Radius), NY (ex NYC Radius), RI (ex Boston Radius), TX (ex Houston), VA (ex DC Radius), WA (ex Seattle Radius), WI (ex Chi Radius), AK, CO, DE, GA, HI, MI, MN, NC, NV, OR, PA - $96,800 - $145,200/year

AL, AZ, AR, FL, ID, IN (ex Chicago), IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY - $87,600 - $131,300/year
