About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Operations team. This role will report to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for prospecting and scheduling meetings that turn into opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in a BDR/SDR function within Healthcare, including using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce), a prospecting tool (e.g. Outreach.io), an ABM platform (6Sense), marketing tool (e.g. Highspot), the Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with how health systems operate, strong customer service skills, and using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and solve problems quickly and efficiently who works well cross functionally and is goal oriented. They enjoy doing research on prospects and finding the nuances that our competitors would likely overlook.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Work directly on a new product that will support our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (RVPs)

  • Educate our prospective clients on the value of Hinge Health through personalized emails, phone calls and other targeted outreach

  • Conduct client and industry-specific research leveraging LinkedIn, prospect websites, AI chat tools, etc.

  • Assist in defining and executing on a provider network growth strategy

  • Work with sales reps to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective providers in your region

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, SDR/BDR, must have understanding of B2B and B2C sales process and techniques

  • 1+ years of experience in project management and working with cross functional teams

  • Analytical (Data-driven): Conduct research to identify appropriate providers that align with the new product strategy

  • Coachability: Willingness to learn new strategies and always curious to learn ways of improving self and the team.

  • Creativity: Eager to personalize messaging and take the effort to understand the nuances between our lines of businesses and our prospects in non standard approaches

  • Ability to pivot: Can rapidly change strategies and tactics in order to accommodate our business needs

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, variable incentive, equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below:

CA, WA (Seattle): $60,720 - $91,080

AK, CO, HI, NV, OR, WA (ex-Seattle): $55,440 - $83,160

AZ, ID, UT, WY, NM, MT: $50,160 - $75,240
