About the Role

As a Senior Design Talent Partner at Hinge Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our design organization by leading full-cycle recruiting for high-impact design roles. You will partner closely with design leadership, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, drive talent strategy, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a highly visible, strategic role where your expertise in design recruiting, market mapping, and stakeholder management will directly influence the growth and success of our design teams. You will have the opportunity to innovate, drive process improvements, and mentor others, making a lasting impact on both our talent acquisition function and the broader Hinge Health mission.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Consistently deliver high-quality design hires: you successfully identify, engage, and secure outstanding design talent for critical roles across CareHub, Consumer App, Treatment Experience, Growth, Enrollment, Design Systems, and AI & Communications, meeting or exceeding hiring targets and timelines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional sourcing and talent mapping: you will proactively build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier design candidates through creative sourcing strategies, direct outreach, and talent market mapping, ensuring access to both active and passive talent.
  • Foster a balanced and inclusive hiring process: You’ll ensure that hiring practices and candidate slates reflect a wide range of perspectives and experiences, supporting a culture of inclusion and balanced team composition.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll provide a seamless, transparent, and inspiring experience for both candidates and hiring partners, resulting in high satisfaction scores and strong offer acceptance rates.
  • Partner strategically with design leadership: You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Head of Design to understand evolving team needs, advise on talent strategy, and contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for design roles, from intake to offer, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top design talent, including passive candidate engagement and talent mapping.
  • Conduct structured interviews and facilitate debriefs, ensuring fair, consistent, and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance on role scoping, leveling, and market positioning.
  • Drive pipeline health by monitoring conversion rates, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve speed and quality.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to data integrity in ATS and reporting tools, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
  • Analyze and present recruiting metrics to stakeholders, using insights to influence strategy and process improvements.
  • Facilitate candidate experience initiatives, gathering feedback and driving enhancements to ensure a best-in-class journey.
  • Proactively identify and resolve process inefficiencies, championing scalable improvements across the TA function.
  • Uphold and promote Hinge Health’s leadership principles, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and growth.
