In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by partnering with hiring managers across various functions to attract exceptional candidates for roles ranging from Physical Therapists and Sales & Marketing professionals to Corporate support teams and Research & Development innovators.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Serve as an ambassador for our company brand, crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies to engage top talent
  • Leverage multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain organized records and pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ months of recruiting experience
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Resourcefulness and ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Creative sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish an active pipeline of external candidates.
