About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Strategic Marketing Designer who excels at turning ideas, information, and data into compelling visual stories to commercialize our solutions to pharma clients. In this role, you’ll be a key creative partner for strategic marketing, sales, GTM strategy, and cross-functional teams within PharmaDirect, bringing clarity, polish, and impact to client-facing materials and internal communications.
You’ll own the design of pitch decks, internal presentations, and case studies, while also building and maintaining a scalable visual asset library that keeps our PharmaDirect brand consistent and sharp.
This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and strategy. Your work will directly influence how our story is told - to clients, partners, and internal teams, and help turn complex ideas into moments of clarity and confidence.
What You’ll Do:
Thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment where priorities and strategies may shift, acting fast in real-time for pharma client deliverables (pitches, presentations, commercializing solutions into decks).
Design compelling client pitch decks that transform complex content into clear, persuasive visual narratives that communicate and our Pharma Direct solutions and brand value.
Develop case study visuals, marketing collateral, decks, and external-facing materials that translate results, insights, and data from our campaigns into engaging, easy-to-understand stories for pharma clients.
Partner with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Client Success, and B2B teams to tailor narratives and visuals to distinct pharma audiences, including but not limited to brand marketing, market access, agencies, HCP teams, and executive leadership, by deeply understanding their goals, priorities, and decision-making contexts.
Work independently and in close partnership with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact, external-facing materials and marketing collateral that clearly articulate the value proposition of GoodRx Pharma Direct to key pharmaceutical partners. Ensure messaging is strategic, data-driven, brand-aligned, and tailored to client-specific needs, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics.
Thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment on the Go-to-Market team where priorities and strategies may shift, acting fast in real-time for pharma client deliverables (pitches, presentations, commercializing solutions into decks).
Create internal meeting decks that help teams align, decide, and move faster.
Transform complex information and datasets into clear, compelling visual frameworks (charts, diagrams, infographics, slides).
Build relationships and serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, preparing alternate versions as appropriate to streamline reviews and clearly convey best recommendations.
Present work to stakeholders at all levels of management, detailing design rationale and working through feedback in real-time.
Concept, iterate, and execute key initiatives for pharma clients that drive better audience understanding of GoodRx offerings and solutions.
Partner with our product design team to ensure client-facing materials share a unified, seamless brand look and feel.
Manage and evolve a visuals library (slides, templates, icons, charts, illustrations, data visualizations) to ensure consistency and reusability across PharmaDirect. Evaluate creative performance and develop smart designs that address ongoing insights and findings.
Proactively manage workload; identify and communicate roadblocks to delivery.
Continuously improve templates, systems, and workflows to raise the quality and efficiency of design output.
What We’re Looking For:
4-year degree in visual design, communications or marketing (or the equivalent in years of experience)
8+ years of design experience, preferably within the tech space at an agency or client-side creative team; pharma and/or healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
Strong client interface skills with an active point-of-view towards brand messaging, applying that vision to communications
A portfolio demonstrating diversity of ideas, compelling storytelling, problem solving and proven experience building end-to-end 360 campaigns with a deep command of channel marketing and segmentation best practices
Expert level experience working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Optimism and excitement for great work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact
Exceptional communication, variations on styles, and awareness of different ways to communicate with audiences
Highly productive and resourceful with the ability to execute on multiple projects, sometimes with limited direction and often ambiguous challenges.
Proactive and engaged collaborator who takes ownership of their work, while helping to develop better processes for continuous improvement
Experience sourcing and adapting stock photography
Experience working in Asana a plus
