About This Role
The Director of Product Management provides strategic leadership, vision, planning and management to their product area. They will support and deliver the product vision that helps GoodRx establish a meaningful connection with consumers. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of our organization. The ideal candidate for this role has an exemplary track record of leading product teams at consumer-facing healthcare companies.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of Product Managers.
Partner with leadership to establish the product vision and strategy for a product area.
Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
Implement best-in-class product development and management practices.
Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (design, engineer, marketing, customer experience, etc), and the leadership/executive team.
Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage a strong, highly functioning team with responsibilities including recruitment, hiring, performance management, professional career development, and building and fostering trust.
Skills and Qualifications:
12-15 years of experience working on consumer products.
5+ years of proven leadership managing and growing a strong PM team and senior-level PM leaders.
3+ years of experience working in healthcare technology.
Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and analysis to support product strategy/decisions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate the team's work to senior management/executive team.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
