The Classy team is searching for an independent contractor in Warsaw to work on assignments as a Salesforce Administrator and join our Business Systems team! This individual will tackle complex challenges with scalable, growth-oriented solutions. We are in search of someone who is passionate about optimizing our Salesforce instance with a long-term perspective, collaborating closely with our cross-functional, customer-facing stakeholders.

The Job…
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Administer and support the company's Salesforce platform, including but not limited to user management, security settings, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.
- Oversee integrated applications within the Salesforce ecosystem, and create comprehensive documentation to support ongoing maintenance.
- Provide end-user training and support, troubleshooting issues and assisting with user adoption.
- Document system configuration, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, focusing on scalability to align with our company-wide growth objectives.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- C1 fluency or higher in English required
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and collaborate laterally and upwards.
- Fluency with declarative process automation including Flow, Process Builder, and Validation rules
- Knowledge of managing/troubleshooting Managed Packages/Integrations
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Aura Components, and/or Lightning Web Components is helpful, but not required
