The PPC Manager will support the execution and optimization of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various markets. This role involves creating, managing, and analyzing paid advertising initiatives across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving growth through PPC. Working closely with the PPC Team Lead, you will play a vital role in scaling campaigns, enhancing ROAS, and exploring new opportunities in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Management
    • Execute PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major platforms, ensuring they align with brand goals and KPIs.
    • Conduct keyword research, set up targeting, write compelling ad copy, and work with design teams for effective ad creatives.
    • Manage and monitor campaigns daily to optimize performance, budget allocation, and bid strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze campaign data to identify areas of improvement, spot trends, and adjust tactics to improve ROAS.
    • Conduct A/B testing for ads, keywords, landing pages, and other campaign components to enhance engagement and conversions.
    • Compile and present performance reports to the PPC Team Lead, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with the SEO, content, and analytics teams to ensure a unified and impactful approach to digital marketing.
    • You use our in-house automation tools to maximize channel performance and work with our MarTech team to further improve automation tools and processes
  • Market & Competitor Research
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and digital advertising best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
    • Conduct market research to identify new PPC opportunities and optimize current strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and familiarity with other major PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key PPC metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous testing, optimization, and improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI skills are a plus.
