As we expand in India, one of the world's largest bus markets, we are looking for a driven Team Lead - Business Operations to lead a strong team of Operations and Business Development Managers, to drive operational execution, build strong partnerships with bus operators and to be involved in Indian business expansion.

Based in Gurugram, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility in India.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You will lead and manage Business Development and Operations Managers across India, ensuring operational execution and continuous performance improvement.
• You will build and strengthen long-term partnerships with bus operators, ensuring sustainable business growth through contract management and best practices.
• You will oversee network quality, service punctuality, and safety standards to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
• You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction (NPS), operational efficiency, and compliance.
• You will collaborate with internal teams like Network Planning and Revenue & Pricing to optimize network performance.
• You will recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing team, fostering accountability and professional development.
• You will take part in India business expansion, ensure seamless integration of new routes, services, and process improvements by aligning with the Business Director and global teams.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• 8+ years in Business Development, Operations Management, or a related function, preferably in the transportation, mobility, or tech e-commerce driven sectors.
• 2-3+ years of Leadership experience. You can set the direction and inspire the broad & complex team to reach their goals, experienced in recruiting, managing, and coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong in partner management, sales negotiations, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to design, drive and manage end to end large scale operations - with continuous efficiency improvements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
• Based in Gurugram, ready to travel across India up to 30% of the time.
