To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Central Operations Project – Mumbai (Contractual)

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Execute and oversee daily operations of ongoing strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update operational data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Oversee the management of various waiting lounges to ensure they meet our standards for comfort and customer service.
  • Assist in identifying and launching new revenue channels to diversify our offering.
  • Manage operations at various bus stations and stops to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the account manager for all rest stops across India, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high service standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular analysis of our operational processes.
  • Recommend and implement changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Minimum work experience of 1 year.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
  • Experience in the travel or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
