We're looking for a motivated and driven FlixBus Student Ambassador who focuses on increasing the FlixBus brand awareness on their college campus by engaging students directly.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Event Hosting: Ambassadors are tasked with hosting/participating at least 4 monthly events to engage students and promote FlixBus services.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the FlixBus Business Development team is crucial for ambassadors, ensuring strategies and promotional activities are aligned with broader company goals.
• Brand Promotion: Utilizing innovative and creative methods to increase FlixBus brand awareness and stimulate interest among the student population is a key responsibility.
• Sales Goals Achievements: Ambassadors aim to meet or exceed specific ticket sales expectations, leveraging a tiered reward system that incentivizes reaching higher sales milestones.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from UCLA or USC; relevant fields include but are not limited to transportation and mobility, real estate, regional/urban planning, corporate strategy, and strategy consulting.
• Familiarity and passion for car-alternative, environmentally conscious transportation!
• Gets excited by the details.
• Strong oral and written communicator.
• Your work is always customer driven and promotes a strong customer experience.
• Thrives working collaboratively within and across teams.
• Relentless drive towards solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work within ambiguity and an excitement for start-up culture.

This is a part-time role with an hourly pay of $18.00 USD.
