Junior Marketing Manager - Gurugram (Contractual)

We're seeking a highly skilled and culturally attuned Junior Marketing Manager (Contractual) who will help us in Social Media, partnerships, growth & marketing operations to join our dynamic team at FlixBus India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our social media presence, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting marketing operations to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, deeply understands the Indian market, and possesses a strong background in marketing operations.
The position is based in Gurugram.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Identify and pursue potential partnerships with brands, events, and organizations in India to enhance Flixbus services and brand presence.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with local industries and businesses, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Lead direct marketing initiatives, including offline voucher distribution and direct mailing campaigns. Oversee their planning, implementation, and evaluation to maximize impact.
- Actively contribute to annual budget and revenue planning processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with Brand and Commercial Development teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to the Indian market, focusing on driving engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and customer feedback, engaging with the audience and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns, from identifying and reaching out to influencers, to negotiating terms and tracking performance to maximize ROI
- Assist in marketing operations, including campaign planning, budget management, and performance analysis, to optimize efforts and achieve business goals.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in social media management, partnerships and marketing operations, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market, cultural nuances, and social media trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
