We're looking for a motivated and driven Financial Reporting Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You assist to develop financial strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end preparation of company financial statements and accounting to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with IGAAP & IND AS standards.
• Ensure smooth and timely closure of the statutory audit, tax audit and transfer pricing audit.
• You assist in preparation of reports, budgets, forecasts and actual costs in a timely and accurate manner
• You assist in managing cash flows for the company and diligently work towards better appropriation of funds
• You analyze financial data and provide solutions for the data crunching while automating the process
• You ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• You work and liaison with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• You work and liaison with the Business Teams for ensuring timely billing and payments of the Partners

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Chartered Accountant and B.Com Graduate from regular College/ University
• 3-5 years of post-qualification work experience in Reporting, Accounting and Finance
• Experience in Big4, Grant Thornton statutory audit experience is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive financial information
• Proficiency in financial software and Oracle Fusion ERP system, with the ability to leverage technology for process improvement.
• Excellent Excel skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Based out of Gurugram or comfortable to relocate near Flix India HQ office
• Fluent level in English
