We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Business Development Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You report to the Business Head in Portugal and work cross functionally with teams in and outside Portugal including Operations, Network Planning, Pricing, Authorizations and Finance in their joint work with the Business Development team.
• You are the main point of contact for our bus partners regarding all business, financial and operational business day to day business in Portugal.
• You will be responsible for checking schedules, managing changes and make sure we deliver in the road what our demand teams plan.
• You will identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix, establishing long-term relationships based in trust, developing long-term business plans.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales or other related fields of study
• 5-8 years working experience in Portugal in Consulting, Account Management and/or B2B Business Development.
• High communication and b2b negotiation skills
• Organized and self-motivated, able to contribute and deliver both in strategic decisions and daily paperwork and problem solving.
• You are proactive, reliable, flexible and have a strong focus on achievement.
• Customer driven; you have the necessary entrepreneurial spirit drive to support FlixBus profitable growth
• You are ready to travel occasionally in Portugal (bi-weekly, monthly basis)
