Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging with and driving revenue from strategic accounts with 10,000 employees and above. This role requires a modern approach to sales, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques to identify, engage, and nurture prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize tools like 6sense and Salesforce to identify and qualify strategic accounts. Leverage data and insights to prioritize outreach and engagement.
  • Sales Outreach: Employ modern sales techniques, including email campaigns, social selling, and phone outreach using Nooks dialer, to connect with potential clients.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts. Focus on farming existing relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team to execute personalized and targeted campaigns. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Salesforce reporting to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present Evisort’s value proposition, and schedule product demonstrations. Work with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience working with strategic accounts (10,000 employees and above) is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using sales tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, and Nooks dialer. Strong understanding of ABM strategies and techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with and influence senior-level executives.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
