Role Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Strike48, you'll be at the forefront of AI-powered security innovation, providing expert technical assistance to global customers and colleagues. This is a remote role for a professional who will be located in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during your assigned shift within our 24/7 global support model
  • Troubleshoot complex software problems
  • Build deep product expertise to effectively diagnose and resolve customer challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend preventative measures
  • Communicate effectively with international customers and internal teams
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive security information
  • Educate customers
  • Exhibit patience and empathy when failures occur
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a highly technical job or education in a technical field
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in American English
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts as part of a 24/7 support model
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles
  • Knowledge of information security principles
