About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers within target accounts and industries
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage business and technical stakeholders in the IT and cybersecurity market to understand their challenges and assess fit
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of an Agentic AI solution for established and emerging use cases
- Schedule and book qualified discovery meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Invite prospects and customers to company-hosted events, webinars, and field marketing activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and event follow-up
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback, performance data, and market trends
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role
- Experience with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to qualify prospects and book meetings in a B2B environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- Experience selling or prospecting into IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS markets a plus
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts such as threat detection, automation, or SOC workflows beneficial
- Experience supporting events, webinars, or account-based marketing initiatives
- Bonus! Any exposure selling AI, machine learning, or automation-based products

- This is an in-office role and candidates must be able to come into the Boston, MA office 5 days a week
