Join Cognite’s Growth Marketing team and help scale our digital marketing engine to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth. We are a nimble, high-impact team working cross functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Sales, focused on leveraging data and creativity to drive demand across our most important digital channels.
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of paid media, email marketing, and performance analytics. You'll own and optimize programs across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Marketo, contributing directly to pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute full funnel digital campaigns across paid search (Google/Bing), paid social (LinkedIn), and email (Marketo), optimizing for pipeline creation, ROI, and efficiency.
  • Design, launch, and iterate multi-channel campaigns in partnership with Account Based Marketing, sales, content, events, and creative teams.
  • Manage audience segmentation, email database health, and lead nurturing workflows in Marketo to improve engagement, conversion rates, and MQL velocity.
  • Drive our paid social strategy, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. Build campaigns end-to-end: develop creative briefs, write copy, manage targeting, launch, and continuously optimize.
  • Manage reporting and performance dashboards, translating campaign performance into actionable insights for marketing and sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with analytics and RevOps to ensure accurate tracking, lead flow, attribution, and campaign ROI reporting.
  • Create and launch strategic email nurture programs
  • Support ABM programs through targeted display and retargeting campaigns, leveraging tools like 6sense, or similar.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and email marketing and proactively test new platforms, formats, and tactics to drive innovation.
  • Ensure best practices in deliverability, compliance, and user experience across digital channels.

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company; industrial or technical audiences a plus.
  • Deep experience managing paid media (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), email automation (Marketo required), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing performance marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of comfort using data to form hypotheses, test ideas, and scale what works.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for email, paid ads, and social posts with an eye for conversion and engagement.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) and website personalization strategies is a bonus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re energized by problem-solving, experimentation, and driving measurable results.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
