We seek a proactive, solution-oriented Sourcing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist with strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize costs, and ensure effective vendor management while collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Security. You will also be responsible for managing consultancy contracts and onboarding consultants.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, adaptable, and highly skilled in building relationships. You will excel in negotiating contracts, managing multiple sourcing projects, and analyzing costs to maximize value. What You'll Do

  • Negotiate favorable contract terms with vendors, ensuring cost savings, value-added services, and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance post-contract, ensuring they meet KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual terms.
  • Identify and manage sourcing risks, including security, compliance, and operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the onboarding and contract management of consultants in the US, ensuring their assignments align with business requirements and deliver value.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact and ROI of sourcing optimization decisions.
  • Support spend analysis and forecasting by working with teams using dashboards, collaboration tools, and meetings while sourcing and managing tools and vendors for effective cloud governance and spend optimization.
  • Provide actionable advice on sourcing projects, including developing and presenting proposals while gaining consensus from stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build relationships with business partners, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and provide training on sourcing processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to address risks, challenges, and decision-making needs.
  • Lead communication with suppliers during bid processes (RFPs), ensuring compliance with procurement policies and securing favorable outcomes.
  • Assess and recommend sourcing and pricing strategies, considering outsourcing, cloud, and insourcing models to align with organizational goals.

Who You Are

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, or procurement.
  • Knowledge of procurement related to software and licenses.
  • Knowledge of legal, financial, and technology components of strategic sourcing.
  • Ideally, an academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Global software company experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous sourcing projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with high communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
  • Experience with Excel and Power BI is considered an advantage.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, problem-solving, and result-driven attitude to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
  • Minimal travel required.
