You will be the regional expert and DRI for all people-related matters across these geographies, partnering closely with GTM leadership and operating with significant autonomy to shape and execute a world-class people experience.

This role reports directly into the Global GTM People Business Partner Leader and is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and brings deep regional expertise and organizational strategy across EMEA and APAC.

  • Take full ownership of the people strategy for Clio’s EMEA and APAC regions within the GTM portfolio – you are the DRI for everything people-related in these geographies.

  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of people experts embedded in the EMEA and APAC regions.

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for regional outcomes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and taking decisive action.

  • Partner with COE people managers in North America to inform and support the design and implementation of people experiences across EMEA and APAC.

  • Travel between offices and regions as required to maintain strong on-the-ground presence.

Strategic People Partnership – GTM Portfolio

  • Own the people strategy for the GTM portfolio by developing a deep understanding of GTM business goals, OKRs, and business metrics.

  • Partner and collaborate with the C-Team, S-Team, PLT, and broader GTM leadership to embody a human and high-performing culture, serving as an ambassador for Clio’s mission, values, and operating principles.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor to senior GTM leaders, supporting the development and delivery of strategic people services aligned to departmental and organizational goals.

  • Influence beyond your direct client groups, shaping org-wide people practices and culture.

  • Advise on and execute multi-department transformational and change management initiatives.

Regional Employment Law & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the EMEA and APAC subject matter expert on employment law, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices across all relevant jurisdictions.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment legal requirements across EMEA and APAC, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with internal and external legal counsel as needed.

  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters and investigations; act as the primary escalation resource for concerns arising across the EMEA and APAC organisations.

  • Create and operationalize progressive, scalable People Business Partner best practices tailored to regional needs and contexts.

Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy

  • Lead organizational diagnosis, design, workforce planning, and change facilitation across EMEA and APAC; coach and support other business partners in these competencies.

  • Support the evolution of Clio’s organizational infrastructure in a scalable way, informing and contributing to the development and implementation of broader Talent programs such as Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Planning, Leadership Development, Succession, and Total Compensation.

  • Support people integrations through any merger and acquisition activities as needed.

  • Contribute to the establishment and decision-making of short-term and long-term goals/OKRs, executing quarterly results while meeting budget and schedule expectations aligned to organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships at executive and senior leadership levels across the GTM portfolio and broader business.

  • Maintain strong partnerships and an influential voice within the People COEs (Engagement, TACQ, Total Rewards, L&D) and business COEs (Biz Ops, Finance, Legal, etc.), with the ability to DRI strategic project workstreams.

  • Be a data-driven decision maker: analyze and report on people trends across the EMEA and APAC organisations and externally, recommending strategic, proactive solutions to increase performance, engagement, and retention.

What you may have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial HR role.
