Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We're hiring a Senior Channel Marketing Manager, International to own partner marketing strategy and execution across APAC and EMEA. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of marketing and revenue, where you'll build the programs, content, and partner relationships that drive measurable pipeline growth across 300+ partners in two of our fastest-growing regions.

We're looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Someone who understands how to activate a partner ecosystem, localize campaigns for different markets, and translate marketing activity into real pipeline outcomes. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment, as Clio expands its International product portfolio with Clio Work, Draft, and an upcoming launch in Spain, and the Channel is a core part of how we grow.

What your team does:

Clio is the world's leading provider of cloud-based legal technology, with more than 150,000 legal professionals across 130+ countries trusting us to run their practices. Our International Marketing team is responsible for growing Clio's presence across EMEA and APAC, working closely with regional sales, channel, and product teams to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue in markets outside North America.

What you'll work on:

  • Owning partner marketing strategy and execution across APAC and EMEA, aligned to Channel New MRR targets

  • Building and running structured demand programs that generate qualified pipeline through and with partners

  • Managing the partner email calendar, including quarterly newsletters, product launch communications, event promotions, and tier-based campaigns

  • Planning and executing partner-focused webinars and events, including the EMEA Innovate Legal Partner Summit, regional partner dinners, and virtual education sessions

  • Running co-marketing activities with strategic partners including lunch and learns, webinars, conferences, and joint email campaigns

  • Creating and maintaining localized content in the Partner Portal across APAC and EMEA audiences, including campaign assets, product information, blogs, and news

  • Supporting the go-to-market execution for the Spain launch of Clio Manage and Work, including localized content and coordinated partner activation

  • Collaborating with Channel Sales Leads in both regions to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities and reduce execution burden on sales

  • Tracking and reporting on partner marketing performance, including MDF ROI, partner activation rates, and campaign-to-opportunity conversion

  • Contributing to the evolution of Clio's International partner onboarding experience and portal resources

  • Supporting broader International Marketing initiatives including Clio-led webinars, field events, and conferences

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation within a SaaS or technology company

  • Proven track record of executing co-marketing programs and partner campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline results

  • Experience working across multiple regions or markets, with an understanding of how to localize content and campaigns effectively

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple programs, partners, and markets simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Comfort with marketing analytics and the ability to track, report, and optimize campaign performance

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

  • A collaborative working style with experience partnering across sales, marketing, and product functions

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and autonomy is expected

Serious Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with MDF programs or partner portal management is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with legal technology or professional services markets is a bonus, not a requirement
