Act as the senior escalation point for complex member inquiries or claims issues, providing a high-touch experience for Clions while mentoring more junior specialists on how to navigate these cases.

  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions, taxable benefit reporting, and fringe benefit compliance across all regions. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local legislation.

  • Support the management of external partnerships, including benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators, by coordinating on administrative issues, monitoring service levels, and staying informed on program updates or legislative changes.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to a growing team of Specialists, serving as a senior technical resource.
