  • Partner with GTM to align product, pricing, operations, and go‑to‑market

  • Take products from zero to one and from early traction to scale

  • Build repeatable playbooks for launching, scaling, and optimizing fintech products

  • Bring strong, informed product opinions and back them up with data

  • Be deeply fluent in metrics, experimentation, and unit economics

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of product management experience with deep exposure to payments and/or fintech

  • Experience building and leading a high-performing PM team

  • Strong understanding of payments systems (cards, ACH, payouts, fraud, risk, reconciliation)

  • Proven success scaling fintech products with demonstrable business impact

  • High data fluency. You use data to think, decide, and tell clear product stories

  • Comfort operating with urgency in regulated, high‑stakes environments

  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence across Product, GTM, and exec teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience with vertical SaaS or embedded finance

  • Exposure to BNPL, lending, or capital products

  • Experience with Payments in EMEA and APAC

  • B2B payments expertise

  • Shipped AI‑powered fintech products

If you’re a fintech product leader who loves being close to the work, pushing the edge of what’s possible, and building products that matter we’d love to talk.
