Summary:
We are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our RnD Talent Acquisition Team. We offer a hybrid work environment and are looking for someone to join us in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.
This will be a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a strategic sourcing partner responsible for designing, leading, and evolving Clio’s sourcing approach across priority and hard-to-fill roles. This role goes beyond execution and plays a key part in shaping sourcing strategy, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the recruiting function.
You will own complex sourcing initiatives, act as a subject matter expert, and contribute to long-range talent planning while still remaining hands-on. This role is ideal for an experienced sourcer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Champion Clio’s human and high-performing culture across the full recruiter lifecycle.
Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and TA leadership to design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for critical and high-impact roles.
Lead proactive sourcing efforts for senior, niche, or difficult-to-fill positions across Clio, globally.
Build, maintain, and activate long-term talent communities and passive candidate networks.
Develop and optimize touchpoint and nurture strategies to improve candidate engagement and conversion.
Conduct deep market intelligence and competitive research to inform hiring strategy and workforce planning.
Analyze sourcing metrics and pipeline data; surface insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Mentor and support Intermediate Sourcers and Recruiters on sourcing best practices and tools.
Recommend and pilot new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Lead or significantly contribute to special projects, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting programs.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for select senior or specialized roles as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with demonstrated success in complex or high-volume environments.
Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and talent mapping.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate with autonomy and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
Nice to Have
Experience sourcing for senior leadership or highly specialized technical roles.
Experience in a SaaS, technology, or scale-up environment.
Demonstrated leadership in DEI sourcing initiatives.
Experience with Gem
Experience with Workday

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
