What your team does
This is a high-impact Account Executive role at the forefront of redefining how the world’s most sophisticated legal teams work. You’ll be part of a team of AEs selling Clio’s category-defining AI and legal technology solutions to the most prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments in the country—driving change in an industry that’s ready for transformation. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the company's growth and elevate execution.
Who you are
You are a proven account executive who thrives in complex, consultative enterprise environments. You know what it takes to navigate the legal market and command the room with senior partners, general counsel, and C-level executives. You bring a track record of success selling into AmLaw 151+ firms and a deep understanding of what it takes to shape and close large, multi-stakeholder deals.
What You’ll Do
Own a named list of AmLaw 151+ law firm accounts, managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close.
Lead tailored product demos and stakeholder meetings that connect firm-level pain points to practical business outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with legal buyers and influencers, including innovation leaders, knowledge management, IT, and practice group stakeholders.
Navigate moderately complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with support from sales leadership as needed.
Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and support long-term account growth.
What You’ll Have
2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota attainment.
Experience selling into mid-market or lower-enterprise customers, ideally with exposure to professional services or regulated industries.
Strong consultative selling skills—able to diagnose customer needs, tailor messaging, and articulate ROI.
Ability to navigate unstructured segments and accurately identify the key stakeholders within each organization.
Experience managing multi-threaded deals, typically involving leadership at all levels.
High proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals in parallel.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The expected salary range* for this role is $116,000 to $145,000 to $174,000 USD. The expected new hire commission range for this role is $116,000 to $145,000 to $174,000 USD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
