We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Growth to join our Product Marketing Team in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary.

Who you are:
You are a data-centric marketer with a proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and utilisation. You have a passion for understanding customer motivations, behaviours, and needs, as well as executing best practices for marketing to them.
You are a self-motivated, problem-solver that loves data and knows how to effectively source it, validate it, and apply it to strategies. You are known for your superior communication skills and ability to increase conversion. You have strong collaboration skills and are able to work cross-functionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame. You love bringing grounded strategies to life and are energised by execution.
What you’ll work on:
You will work closely with marketing, product management, business intelligence, and operational teams to drive the adoption, utilisation, and growth of our high-impact features and products. Your day-to-day will include:
Developing and implementing growth-focused go-to-market plans aligned with product launches, user journeys, and overall adoption goals.
Conducting customer and product research to generate hypotheses, inform strategy, and optimize messaging and campaign performance.
Crafting compelling messaging, content, and assets that educate users, highlight value, and drive conversion across the lifecycle.
Designing and optimizing buyer and user journey communication flows, including upsell, nurture, and activation programs tailored to personas and product segments.
Leveraging behavioral data and segmentation to deliver personalized in-app experiences and targeted messaging that improve engagement and discoverability.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align on product-led growth initiatives, experimentation, and messaging strategy.
Project managing cross-functional efforts to ensure clear execution of growth strategies and in-app initiatives from concept through deployment.
Partnering with Product Managers to shape in-app communication that supports key product objectives and sharing insights on product performance and adoption trends.
Working with portfolio product marketing managers to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric experience across the product suite.
Analyzing and reporting on the performance of in-app campaigns and growth initiatives by monitoring key metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and upsell conversion.
Feeding insights back into the organization by sharing learnings that improve internal understanding of user behavior and growth levers.
What you bring:
You’re seasoned. You have 5+ years in marketing, preferably in product growth or product marketing management. You know your way around product communication tools and are savvy with Pendo.
You have a data-first approach. You’re adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform your recommendations and substantiate your approaches.
You’re a strategic yet tactical thinker. You have the ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, balance them against company-wide implications, and design effective tactical approaches.
You’re intellectually curious. You have a habit of uncovering opportunities, investigating the drivers, and predicting outcomes.
You’re organised, yet flexible. You’re methodical in your approach to structuring work and prioritising as new opportunities arise.
You have a bias toward action. You’re energised by making things happen and getting things done.
You’re collaborative. You enjoy working together with your team and cross-functionally to drive stronger outcomes.
You’re creative. You have a habit of thinking outside the box in your marketing approaches.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
