  • Documenting configuration approaches, customizations, and best practices to ensure maintainability and clarity

  • Contributing to Sharedo’s knowledge base, including FAQs, how-to guides, and training materials

  • Championing best practices across implementations to ensure scalable and sustainable platform use

  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve delivery methods and contribute to overall solution design

What you bring:

  • Hands-on experience configuring low-code platforms

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide non-technical users through complex configuration processes

  • A methodical approach to setup and documentation, with attention to detail and quality

  • Problem-solving ability and curiosity - you’re always looking for the most value-driven way to deliver on our promises

  • Experience leading client training, workshops, or mentoring sessions

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Prior experience working with Sharedo or similar case/workflow management platforms
