Staff GTM Program Manager
Clio
Clio is more than just a tech company–we are a global leader that is transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.
Summary:
We’re hiring a Staff GTM Program Manager to lead high-impact product launches and cross-functional programs that drive Clio’s growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations—turning strategy into execution, aligning stakeholders, and enabling scalable go-to-market delivery. Your impact will be felt in successful launches, cleaner handoffs, and GTM motions that scale as we grow.
We are looking for someone who brings structure to chaos, drives alignment across competing priorities, and operates with clarity, accountability, and a bias for action.
This role will be a 12-month fixed term.
What you’ll work on:
You’ll be evaluated on your ability to lead with context, communicate across levels, and drive cross-functional outcomes. Specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end product launches, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring systems, data, and processes are launch-ready.
Run strategic cross-functional programs tied to key business goals—accelerating revenue, improving customer experience, or unlocking scale.
Drive clarity in complexity, surfacing dependencies, navigating trade-offs, and aligning GTM and Product orgs on the critical path forward.
Establish operational rigor through clear plans, team cadences, and risk management practices that keep programs moving.
Influence across the org by building trust across levels by framing decisions effectively, adapting your message to the audience, and aligning cross-functional leaders around shared goals.
Ensure change sticks, partnering on training, communications, and enablement to embed new workflows into the business.
About You
These are the skills and traits we value—and will assess during interviews:
You thrive in ambiguity, quickly bringing clarity and direction to complex, fast-moving situations.
You prioritize with impact, focusing teams on work that drives business outcomes.
You communicate across all levels, tailoring your message to execs, ICs, and technical stakeholders.
You lead with curiosity, always learning, iterating, and driving smarter ways of working.
You own results and hold teams accountable—resolving blockers and keeping programs on track.
Qualifications:
6+ years in GTM Strategy, RevOps, Business Operations, or Consulting—preferably in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional product launches and GTM initiatives.
Strong grasp of GTM tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, ChurnZero, billing/quoting tools).
Experience with M&A and Acquisition Integration
Skilled in systems thinking and process design, with the ability to identify gaps and build scalable solutions.
Excellent communicator and program operator, trusted to lead without authority in a highly cross-functional environment.
How to Apply
To help us get to know you better, please include brief answers to the following questions instead of a cover letter with your application:
Share an example of a program or project you initiated—not because someone asked, but because you saw the need. What prompted you, and what was the outcome?
Describe a time you were dropped into a chaotic or unclear situation. What steps did you take to create structure and move things forward?
What does holding teams accountable look like to you—especially when you don’t manage them directly?
