Summary:
We are currently seeking a People Advisor to join our People team in Manchester. This role will be located in our Manchester Hub.

As a People Advisor, you work collaboratively with the whole People team and employees. The People team helps shape the culture of Clio and they are the shining example of a human and high performing team. What you’ll work on:
Championing our human and high-performing culture
Serving as front line support for Employee Relations and front line manager guidance.
Partnering with the Clio Total Rewards team to administrator payroll and benefits execution, design, process and compliance.
Partnering with PBP’s and COE’s across the People team and Clio to research, design, and implement human and high performing programs, policies, processes and experiences.
Supporting events management for our UK region.
Support facilities management and act as the local contact for planning and coordination for facilities, events and Real Estate.
As needed, developing and maintaining internal SOPs and educating the PBPs and People COE’s on the processes.
Leading low to medium risk highly sensitive HR/ER issue investigations, culture scans, and other ER processes.
Supporting PBP’s and People Managers with high risk highly sensitive HR/ER issues/ investigations.
Supporting and guiding employees, managers, and the PBPs on low to medium risk workplace accommodations.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of employment legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal counsel, Payroll and PBP’s as needed/required.
Ensuring process and document compliance.
Enhancing and streamlining people information to increase accessibility and improve employee and manager self-service
Building strong partnerships to ensure successful collaborations within the people team and other business stakeholders, such as Legal, Total Rewards, ERG’s, DIBE etc
Assisting with general employee and manager queries, and monitoring and communicating people trends, both qualitative, and quantitative as monitored in Workday
Overseeing and managing Clio’s disability leave management claims and records, providing managers and PBPs with critical information as required.
Interpreting and providing guidance to employees and managers on the various leave of absence options available to Clio.
Other duties as required
What you may have:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or a relevant combination of education and experience in a People & Culture position
At least 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Generalist position in the UK
Experience working in a Global company across different timezones is an asset
An ability to thrive working in a fast paced, performance driven environment
Demonstrate effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact
Motivated by complexity and challenges; energized by evolving, exciting environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, and keep thorough and accurate records

The full salary range* for this role is £43,400 to £51,000 to £58,700 GBP.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
