Summary:
We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our EMEA marketing team in Ireland. This role can be performed from our Dublin hub office. This role will involve occasional travel to the UK and North America for meetings and events.
Clio’s Dublin team drives our EMEA expansion and is home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets around the world.
We are looking for someone who is interested in playing a critical leadership role in a close-knit, supportive team as we strive to become the market leader in the UK.

Who you are:
You are an empathetic leader with a passion for driving alignment. You thrive in collaboration - as a key member of the EMEA leadership team you’ll work with our Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering leaders to drive our Go To Market strategy in new and existing regions. You will lead our EMEA marketing efforts, overseeing a large budget, and a growing team. You’ll also collaborate closely with our marketing team in North America to optimize programs and execute on campaigns. You’ll set our long-term strategy and partner with our sales team to achieve our ambitious revenue goals. You’ll develop the growing EMEA marketing team, and have a meaningful impact on company culture in Ireland.
What you’ll work on:
Lead Clio’s EMEA growth strategy, identifying marketing opportunities and collaborating closely with the rest of the EMEA leadership team to unlock exponential growth
Partner with Clio’s EMEA General Manager and the rest of the EMEA Leadership team to plan and execute on a Go To Market strategy
Drive tactical and strategic ideas, projects, and initiatives across the Marketing organisation
Drive for team growth, performance excellence, and achievement of MQL targets;
Actively coach and become a trusted advisor, providing continuous skill development opportunities to both individual contributors as well as other leaders
Introduce demand and brand awareness campaigns that bring Clio’s story to life for prospects and customers in EMEA
Play a key role in the development of a multi- product success strategy for Clio in EMEA
Build trust with stakeholders using curiosity and empathy
Participate in organizational operating rhythms like strategic planning, talent planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies and manage a multi-million Euro EMEA marketing budget
Collaborate closely with the North American marketing team to support EMEA activities
What you may have:
You’ve been there, done that. You’ve led marketing teams focused on growing in international markets, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
You’re a leader. You have 4+ years of people management experience and you’re skilled at hiring, managing, and upleveling talent.
You’re growth-focused. You have a demand generation or growth background and you’re used to being accountable to driving demand, generating revenue, and achieving business goals.
You’re collaborative. You’re an expert at working cross-functionally with colleagues across functions and geographies.
Serious bonus points if you:
Have managed entry into brand-new geographies.
Are fluent in other European languages.

The full salary range* for this role is €105,100 to €131,400 to €157,700 EURPlease note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
