The Team:
This position will be a member of the Strategy & Innovation group, specifically the Market Intelligence team.
As part of the Strategy & Innovation function of Celonis, the Market Intelligence team is globally bundling competitive and market insights along with Analyst Relations management, while supporting on White Space analysis and proposals,
You will interact with teams and leaders across the business including product management & engineering, product marketing, innovation teams, field marketing, investor relations and communications. This position will work and communicate regularly with the leadership team and critical internal stakeholders.
The Role:
As a Senior Analyst Relations Program Manager, relationship building and project management come naturally to you as does the ability to succinctly translate product and technology information, customer value, and thought leadership into influential bi-directional relationships with the most influential analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest etc.). Top candidates will be able to create and execute complex program plans and present content to the analysts that we engage with, building on our leadership in process intelligence and adjacent software markets.
The work you’ll do:
- Project Governance: Establish and enforce project governance standards for our participation in industry evaluations (such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, Everest PEAK Matrix, etc.), ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, policies, quality standards, and procedures.
- Monitoring and Performance Tracking: Create and maintain an overview/dashboard of all analyst activities capturing our day-to-day inquiries, proactively distributing relevant reports to stakeholders, scheduling briefings for teams, and usage reports with our top analyst firms.
- Identify, develop and proactively manage relationships with key analysts/industry influencers to our internal teams and experts to secure bi-directional exchange.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and plan Analyst Strategy Days, analyst programs at our customer-facing events like Celosphere.
- Partner with SMEs across Product Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and our Executive team to develop the analyst-facing narrative and tailored relationship approach.
- Partner with social, content and campaigns teams to fully utilize published analyst research and develop compelling commissioned reports and collateral to support the brand, demand generation, and pipeline goals
- Monitor analyst research agenda and coverage, share relevant research with company stakeholders and collaborate with the competitive intelligence team.
- Educate internal audiences about key analyst reports/evaluations/insights, and relevant topics to ensure employees are knowledgeable and able to utilize relevant analyst reports effectively.
The qualifications you need:
- 5+ years experience in the field of Analyst Relations or similar, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios (Work experience within an analyst firm is preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly understand and blend the various agenda from internal stakeholders and the analyst to create a thriving analyst program
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to business leaders, or on-stage at one of our events.
- Prior experience directly interacting with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other major IT industry analyst firms.
- Ability to achieve results across multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines
- Must have strong business and technical acumen gained through professional experience as a self-starter with proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
