The Team:

Celonis is looking for a Senior Talent Brand Marketing Specialist to help us attract and engage with high-potential talent globally. You’ll join our Global Talent Brand Marketing team to help bring our employer brand to life through targeted candidate messaging, paid and organic social media campaigns, recruiting partnerships and employee stories. Together with the team, you’ll be responsible for growing awareness of Celonis as an employer of choice in the software space, helping to drive our overall employer value proposition.

The Role:

As a Senior Talent Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll help in strategizing ways to build brand awareness and attract new and diverse talent to the company. Working closely with Celonis’s Talent and DEI teams, you’ll communicate and collaborate on internal culture programs and recruitment initiatives to maximize visibility and the success of Celonis’s employer brand and talent partnerships. You’ll work on projects such as employee advocacy, paid advertising, event execution, sharing the stories of Celonauts, and bringing fresh ideas to the table in order to directly impact Celonis’s efforts to better diversify our candidate pipeline.

The work you’ll do:

  • Create content for various candidate journey touchpoints, including but not limited to collateral, email templates, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts
  • Coordinate and promote global talent brand events
  • Support paid social media marketing campaigns
  • Explore and execute content opportunities with external partners (She Can Code, Power to Fly, Built In, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with the culture, design, and social media teams to promote career opportunities and what it’s like to work at Celonis internally and externally
  • Partner with Celonis’s Internal Comms & DEI teams to give candidates and employees visibility into diversity and inclusion programs and storytelling opportunities
  • Keep external profiles up-to-date from a branding perspective (LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, Built In, etc.)
  • Support employer reputation management by reviewing and responding to Glassdoor company reviews
  • Support Celonis workplace awards to drive recognition for our culture, programs and initiatives
  • Bring your ideas and unique perspective to support special projects as needed

The qualifications you need:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in marketing, social media, recruiting, or human resources
  • Passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Confident in managing partnerships with outside vendors
  • Creative in your problem solving, and not afraid to innovate and think big
  • A strong writer, able to convey a narrative in a voice complimentary to the business
  • Skilled in project management with a strong sense of urgency and follow through
