The Team:

As the Celonis Services Global Program intern you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the global CS Programs that directly impact our customer value & services team members ability to be effective in their customer-facing roles. The CS programs are focused on skill-building and driving adoption related to customer journey methodologies, product & technical capabilities, and process & tools compliance. You will be joining a highly motivated, passionate, and driven team focused on high impact enablement & quality execution.

The Role:

  • You will understand the latest Celonis Technical Solutions and contribute to the success of their roll-out and enablement. You will be exposed to the industry-leading process mining & business intelligence solution.
  • You will be exposed to all aspects of the product launch and go-to-market journey, working closely with various stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements to get our products to market.
  • You will work closely primarily with the Celonis Services leadership driving global programs, you will be collaborating with the Professional Services organization, however, you will be exposed to the full Celonis sales motion and collaboration across all go-to-market teams.
  • You will gain leadership & project management skills while executing strategy in partnership across operational, product, and business functions in a global, diverse, fast-paced environment.

The work you’ll do:

  • Create & Maintain Celonis Services Communications & Assets: you’ll get to create and editing presentation content, ensuring proper storage of session materials & posting in appropriate knowledge repositories for future reference
  • Coordinate Workshops and CS Programs: responsible for scheduling global and regional sessions, content preparation, communications, and post-session success reporting for onboarding & upskilling live sessions.
  • Support Stakeholder Management: partner with CS Programs team members to liaise with relevant stakeholders for requirements gathering and feedback on enablement program effectiveness & prioritization.

The qualifications you need:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SaaS sales, customer success or consultant a plus
  • Passionate and Proactive individual eager to learn and contribute
  • Have excellent project management & organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across timezone gaps.
  • Complete tasks with diligence and attention to detail without losing the big picture.
  • Work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectively.
  • Have a hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented working style.
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and are fluent in English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus, but not a requirement).
  • Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things.
