The Team:

As a member of the Engineering organization, the Product Analytics & Data Sciences team provides analytic support and a strategic perspective to the product and engineering teams in addition to delivering a product perspective to the entire organization, thereby enabling them to make evidence-based decisions. We deliver actionable insights by collecting, organizing and interpreting data about user journeys, product telemetry, incidents, infrastructure utilization, sales motions, and much more. We transform data into analytic assets by conducting exploratory analysis, identifying outliers, validating hypotheses, building statistical models, quantifying risk; communicating findings through well crafted stories and critical recommendations.

In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives, translate them into analytic requirements, and guide the implementation and execution of analytic projects. • Data Governance: Establish data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security within analytic projects. Promote best practices for data management and compliance across the organization, collaborating with the Legal team to ensure adherence to these policies.
  • Facilitation and Advocacy: Promote data-driven discussions and decision-making across the organization, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Insight delivery: Establish and run regular cadence meetings to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing the organization’s analytics capabilities.
