The Role

Built for a designer who thrives in complex, regulated, and data intensive environments such as fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS. You operate confidently in ambiguity, take initiative, and deliver measurable business impact — not just polished screens. You embrace AI as a collaborator, accelerating discovery, prototyping, and synthesis while maintaining coherence across a sophisticated ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior / Lead Product Designer, you will own end-to-end experiences within a business vertical or product portfolio, partnering with product, engineering, research, and data to turn ambiguity into scalable, high-impact solutions.

  • Design and evolve complex workflows that serve diverse user personas while considering ecosystem-level impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally to define the right problems, identify opportunity areas, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation and testing.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions that surface insights and move teams toward clear outcomes.
  • Present and advocate for design decisions to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years designing in complex or regulated domains (fintech, healthtech, insurtech, enterprise SaaS, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design thoughtful, end-to-end workflows that solve complex problems.
  • Strong grounding in user-centered design and systems thinking.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with users and customers to uncover insights and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to align stakeholders and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools and demonstrated use of AI to amplify your workflow — accelerating discovery, prototyping, and insight generation.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Educational background in design, psychology, applied anthropology, sociology, innovation, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Case studies demonstrating your thought process and measurable outcomes across multiple projects.
