The Role
The Audit Specialist at CCC is a key member of the Customer Success team, supporting the Insurance Services Group. In this role, you will partner closely with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and help them maximize the value of CCC’s Estimating and Workflow solutions. You will also collaborate with CCC’s Audit Product Development team to identify, define, and request enhancements to the Audit solution.The ideal candidate brings structure, critical thinking, and creativity, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This individual has a positive attitude, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. They will be responsible for setting clear expectations and ensuring timelines and deliverables are understood and met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with customers to understand their business guidelines and claims processes, ensuring our solutions effectively support their needs.
- Develop and maintain business rules using CCC’s Audit rules engine.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Audit rule results to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Consult with customers and provide actionable recommendations to help them achieve performance goals.
- Respond to troubleshooting requests from customers and internal account teams.
- Partner with Product Development to initiate new rule templates and propose solution enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence presenting to customers.
- Creative problem‑solver able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a plus.
