The Role
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Insurance Partnerships, and working closely with the senior executive team, the Vice President, Strategic Client Partner will drive CCC’s growth strategy by building and leading strategic relationships with major clients such as State Farm, Liberty Mutual, and Farmers.The leader will work closely with those clients to build more innovative approaches to handling claims, creating radically improved customer experience, and developing a more streamlined approach to claims handling.
The Strategic Client Partner will possess the experience, mindset, and passion to build a deep, sustainable, and growing commercial relationship with the strategic client.
There is flexibility around location for this role. There will be considerable travel to visit clients and teams, and to spend time with the senior leadership team in the Chicago headquarters.
Salary range is:
$210,909.00 - $250,000.00
This position is equity and bonus and/or commission eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders to align strategic objectives and drive long-term value.
Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, resulting in measurable business impact and client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and client data to proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to both internal leadership and client executives.
Champion the voice of the client within the organization, influencing product development and service enhancements. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through transformation initiatives and change management processes.
Growing revenue and increasing profitability by building sustainable commercial relationships with clients.
Develop and execute an annual plan to further build relationships and grow business each year.
Working with the leadership team to share best practices, and to refine and execute an excellent go-to-market strategy for CCC Intelligent Solutions.
In partnership with the customer delivery teams, monitor, and manage client performance to ensure high client satisfaction and value creation.
Collaborate with the leadership team to implement and execute the organization’s vision and strategies for achieving that vision, including helping identify, prioritize, and launch new solutions.
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience building client relationships - must have significant experience building commercial relationships with enterprise clients in the insurance industry. They will have a strong understanding of working with clients to envision and co-create innovative solutions for handling claims.
Demonstrable track record growing client accounts - must have proven experience in accelerating growth and scaling client accounts. They should demonstrate success in designing and delivering results for both new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
Track record of collaborative stakeholder leadership - The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator to customers, peer functions, and employees. They will drive engagement and exude trust and credibility with all stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
