The Role
We are seeking a visionary and purpose-driven leader to serve as Head of Communications and Corporate Marketing. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing CCC’s enterprise-wide strategy across internal and external communications, corporate marketing, and philanthropy. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of creative leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to social impact. This leader will ensure that CCC’s brand and messaging reflect our values, inspire our people, resonate with our customers and communities, and help drive desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on internal and external communications.
- Develop and execute a unified communications strategy that enhances clarity, consistency, and trust across all channels.
- Lead customer communications to strengthen relationships, build trust, and promote CCC’s brand and services.
- Establish governance and feedback loops to improve communication flow and responsiveness, addressing known gaps in change communications and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage the Communications team and ensure successful execution across multiple channels and geographies.
Brand and Marketing Leadership
- Lead CCC’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and our purpose-driven mission.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and content creation efforts that elevate CCC’s thought leadership, tell powerful stories aligned with our purpose, and deepen engagement across diverse customer segments
- Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide events, including internal all-employee engagements such as quarterly town halls and the annual kickoff meeting, as well as high-impact customer-facing events that reinforce CCC’s brand, values, and business priorities.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Establish marketing performance metrics and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Social Impact and Purpose
- Lead the evolution of CCC’s corporate philanthropy, including strategic partnerships, employee volunteerism, and community engagement.
- Integrate historically decentralized philanthropic efforts into a cohesive, measurable framework.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grants, donations, and sponsorships.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships in STEM and other mission-aligned areas to drive industry innovation and community impact.
- Champion inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives through storytelling, engagement, and community investment.
- Inspire employees to engage in purpose-driven work and foster a culture of corporate citizenship.
Build and Lead a High-Performance Team
- Responsible for cultivating a high-performance and purpose driven culture that empowers teams, drives accountability and fosters continuous growth.
- Build a strong leadership bench through hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or social impact leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-wide programs that integrate brand, communications, and social impact.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic advisory skills.
- Data-driven approach to measuring success and refining strategies.
