The Role
We’re looking for a senior executive who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and evolving how we deliver meaningful value for our clients. You will lead our Growth Product sales organization that is comprised of multiple teams of product sellers and sales engineers, who provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, create champions for CCC's technology while maximizing the impact of our emerging insurance product portfolio. You will be on point to shape go-to-market execution, influence the product roadmap, and architect a scalable sales engine for growth solutions. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Insurance Partnerships, you’ll be a key member of the extended leadership team for the Customer Solutions & Operations organization—which includes all client-facing functionsYou will lead a rapidly evolving function that collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive teams to bring bold ideas to market—and win. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Growth Sales Execution
Own the new solution sales motion across assigned product areas, with a focus on driving net-new revenue, growing our existing customer base and early-stage product traction.
Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
Partner with central GTM, Sales, marketing, and enablement teams to activate go-to-market plans and ensure effective sales execution for emerging solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to generate pipeline through targeted campaigns, compelling value propositions, and enablement for growth solutions.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful implementation, activation, and expansion of growth product solutions.
Shape the Growth Product Strategy
Partner with Product Management to shape product strategy and roadmap based on deep client insight and market demand.
Champion the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle—bringing market signals back to influence prioritization and innovation.
Stay current on industry, technology, and competitive trends to ensure our solutions remain differentiated and relevant.
Deliver Commercial Outcomes
Set and exceed new business and growth targets. Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity across the growth product portfolio.
Identify whitespace opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets or underutilized accounts.
Evaluate and optimize sales effectiveness through data-driven performance management and tools.
Ensure pricing, packaging, and commercial models are aligned to value delivered and market demand.
Elevate Client Partnerships
Build and expand executive-level relationships with clients and prospects—earning the right to influence their transformation agendas.
Ensure seamless client experiences by coordinating handoffs and collaboration across sales, onboarding, and service teams.
Develop and enforce rigorous account planning and opportunity qualification practices across the team.
Build and Lead a High-Performance Product Sales Organization
Responsible for cultivating a high-performance and purpose driven culture that empowers teams, drives accountability and fosters continuous growth.
Oversee ~5 product sales teams comprised of product sales leaders and specialists supporting Automobile Physical Damage (APD), Casualty, Subrogation, Fraud and Payments who partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, etc.
Hire, lead, inspire and develop teams ensuring the right mix of enterprise selling experience, technical acumen, and client focus.
Set clear expectations and conduct regular team cadences including pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, win/loss reviews, and ongoing sales training.
Champion Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as a senior strategic leader within the company—bringing cross-functional alignment to revenue-driving initiatives.
Engage directly with key executives in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and the C-suite to build momentum around strategic priorities.
Represent the Growth Product team in enterprise planning, quarterly business reviews, and board-level reporting as needed.
Requirements:
10+ years of leadership experience in technical sales, GTM, or client partnerships—preferably in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, or a high-growth innovation environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading a growth sales software team with demonstrated achievement in new product commercialization and revenue acceleration.
Prior experience growing and shaping new functions
Expertise in the insurance industry is preferred, particularly in the claims ecosystem—with trusted relationships and an instinct for how to deliver client value.
